Diabetes Education for people diagnosed with diabetes ( type 1 or 2 or Gestational) or Pre-Diabetes
Hours of service: M-F ( not open on Stats) 8:30 am to 4:00pm
No fees ( part of BC medical service/ VIHA provisions)

Doctor's referral: preferred, but not mandatory
Services provided: Self-management education, groups or individual appointments, insulin initiation & review , glucose meter instruction, refresher information sessions ( pre-booked), pediatric( type1) clinics, insulin pump training ( appointments & referrals only)
Drop-Ins: every Wednesday from 230 to 330 pm, for 5 to 10 minute question & answer opportunities
( people with diabetes should bring their meter or logged glucose information )
