We are Campbell River's only authentic Muay Thai training center. Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs. It involves kicks, knees, puches and elbows and some refer to it as the King of all martial arts. As with all martial arts it teaches discipline, respect. It helps with confidence and self esteem in both adults and children. We also offer boot camp classes, ladies only classes, children classes, strength and conditioning classes as well as private instruction for individuals or small groups.
